Following a journey through germany which left them massively impressed and inspired by the minimal and house scene, Costa G & Themi Undergroove started organizing their own parties in northern greece at the perfectly situated Koo Beach Bar. Fast forward to now and the venue capacity climbs to new heights with each party it hosts as the greek electronic music loving party goers, who would rather turn their ear to minimal techno and underground house instead of the usual progressive and psytrance parties the scene hosts, ram the venue and bring exciting energy to this newly found musical genre.

Not only do their parties give a massive nod to the german scene but their own musical releases have a definite kraut-inspired sound, too. Their latest release on, nordik netlabel, saw support from the likes of Loco Dice and Ray Okpara – so it’s goes without a doubt that the outfits newest offering, which will be pressed on the Diaphan Music label will cause a stir amongst the tastemakers, too. Until then though, we have ‘Hello Africa’, a titletrack which also gets its own interpretation from Kammerton – a talented musician and an absolute connoisseur in the finest rankings of deep house. The second track, ‘Out House’ gets an altogether more housey and groovie remix thanks to the likes of australian, Little Fritter, whom gained his stripes from 4th Vinyl Cut and his numerous releases on labels Catwash and Affin.
